I've been using The GBS for over a week now and I love it! You can literally see the dirt coming off my skin whilst showering. I use it for my whole body and face too and I love how it cleanses everything. Also, I had some strange rashes on my forehead but it's all fading now.

I wish I done a before and after picture, because of the glow! I've noticed my scarring fading on my arms and hands. I've spent so much money on skin products but this! This soap is a miracle, I've got burns all over my body and nothing has ever worked but the gbs soap has reduced the darkness of the scarring to the level that its blending with my skin. I'm grateful

THE GOLDEN BLACK SOAP
The GBS - Our best seller Golden Black Soap is an organic soap enriched with honey, lemon, vanilla extracts, coconut oil, distilled water, glycerin, potassium and shea butter for deep cleansing and glowing skin. Benefits include: efficient hygiene and skin properties, tackling uneven skin, blemishes, dark spots and acne prone skin.

BUTTER
100% raw shea butter, also comes in lavender shea butter & coconut shea butter.
Benefits include: stimulates hair growth, reduces stretch marks, softens skin (especially for infants), heals skin problems such as: dry skin & eczema and it offers added skin protection.

The coffee face scrub is gentle and soft, including coffee, brown sugar, honey and organic coconut oil.
HAIR & BODY OIL
The hair and body oil is enriched with shea butter, argan oil, vitamin E, raw coconut oil and lavender essential oil. Suitable for vegetarians. It softens the skin, nourishes skin and hair, seals moisture, promotes skin elasticity, it's easy to spread, microwaveable, and rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
My name is Helen Houwen & I discovered my love for organic skincare during a visit to Ghana - it was my turning point that inspired Dowohonam. I was introduced to the two exceptional natural products: The golden black soap and shea butter. Impressed by the texture, fragrance and effectiveness, I began sharing my experience with friends and followers on social media. The overwhelming positive response from the community encouraged me to make these products more widely available.
The opportunity introduced itself to provide authentic high-quality skincare solutions from Ghana, particularly at a time when organic products were high in demand but often difficult to source. With the encouragement of family and friends I chose to turn my passion into a business and founded Dowohonam, offering unique gift boxes for every occasion, each filled with carefully curated products that promotes healthy radiant skin.
